No. You bring the knowledge of your business — pricing, services, the way you actually run jobs. We translate that into software. You never have to learn what an API is.

Yes, with 30 days notice. You own the code we built. We migrate everything cleanly. No lock-in clauses, no hostage data.

What is the retainer model?

After the initial build, you pay a flat monthly fee that covers hosting, AI usage, monitoring, monthly tuning, small feature requests, and ongoing SEO/GEO maintenance. Most retainers land between CA $600 and CA $2,400/month depending on scope.

Do you work with businesses outside Canada?

Occasionally. Our focus is Canadian small business, but we’ve shipped systems to US-based clients when the fit is right. We don’t take on clients we can’t do great work for, regardless of where they’re based.

Yes. About a third of clients start with one of the three services and expand later. We’ll never push a service you don’t need on the first call.
